Outline of method

The sample is dissolved in a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/l phosphoric acid. The mefenpyr-diethyl content is determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography using external standardisation with UV detection at 300 nm.

Scope

The method is usable for TC, WG, OD, EW, EC-formulations.
