Outline of method

28-Homobrassinolide is first derivatized with phenylboronic acid and the product is separated and determined by HPLC on ODS-C18 film stainless column using UV detection at 220 nm and external standard calibration.

Scope

The method is usable for TC, SL and EC formulations.
