Outline of method

The content of prothioconazole-desthio (% w/w) is determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography coupled with ESI+ MS/MS system and external standard calibration.

Scope

The method is usable to determine Prothioconazole-desthio in TC, EC, FS and SC formulations.

Important note

This is only the method to determine the relevant impurity prothiocanzole-desthio in the formulations.
