Outline of method

The sample is dissolved in hexane and the contents of permethrin stereoisomers (1R-trans, 1S-trans, 1R-cis, 1S-cis) are determined by high performance liquid chromatography on a Phenomenex LUX Cellulose-3 column with detection at 235nm (in combination with CIPAC 331/TC/M/3).

Scope

The method is usable for TC formulations.
