Brodifacoum is determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography using UV detection at 266 nm and external standardisation. The content of brodifacoum is determined as the sum of both (cis and trans) diastereomers and the cis/trans ratio is calculated from the fractions of the diastereomers.Scope
The method is usable for TC and RB-formulations.
